Compatibility

This hybrid inverter is suitable for 48V flooded and sealed GEL/AGM lead-acid batteries with pre-defined charging programs. A user-defined battery type with numerous customisable settings is also available for charging other lead acid batteries.

Please note that in order to enable the solar charging or direct operation of the loads from solar panels, your solar array must meet the minimum MPPT input voltage requirement of the inverter of 120V (several solar panels connected in series).

  • High-efficiency MPPT controller manages solar input to batteries or loads with full protection against overcharge, overheating, and reverse current, operating at up to 98% efficiency to maximize solar output.
• Enhanced 120A Smart battery charger:
  • Enables safe, efficient, and fast unattended battery charging (up to 120A) from mains or generator, with multi-stage charging and full overcharge protection.
• UPS zero transfer time:
  • Provides instant 0ms transfer from mains to battery, ensuring uninterrupted operation of critical IT loads like computers and servers.
• System expansion potential:
  • Can be paralleled with up to 8 identical inverters for expansion up to 54 kW/54 kVA. Parallel connection enables optional 3-phase operation for industrial equipment, with a separate parallel kit required per unit.
• Inbuilt Bluetooth connectivity:
  • Built-in Bluetooth enables remote monitoring via the free Watchpower Android app, providing real-time access to solar, battery, and AC voltage, charging current, and battery capacity.

• Output source priority:
  • Allows users to set AC output priorities—solar, battery, mains, or generator—automatically adjusting based on conditions like low solar, low battery, or mains unavailability.
• Battery charging priority:
  • Offers flexible battery charging priorities: solar-only, mains-only, or combined solar and mains charging.
• A range of highly customisable settings:
  • Fully customizable via a user-friendly interface, allowing precise control of AC input range, battery type, charging current, voltage cut-offs, charging stages, auto-restart, power-saving mode, overload bypass, battery equalization, alarms, and backlight settings.
• Illuminated removable LCD screen:
  • Displays key stats—status, mode, voltages, frequency, load, and charge/discharge current—navigable via up/down keys. Removable LCD can be positioned up to 20 m away for remote monitoring (RJ45 cable required, not included).
• Advanced communication options:
  • Includes PC connection with software for real-time system monitoring and exporting logs to PDF/Excel. Optional Wi-Fi kits enable online access, remote monitoring, and email/push notifications for enhanced control.
• USB On-the-Go function:
  • The inverter is supplied with a USB drive which allows the user to facilitate upload/ download of system data.
• Generator auto-start function:
  • Can automatically start a generator via dry contacts when battery voltage falls below a set level.
• Auto restart function:
  • Automatically disconnects loads during overload or overheating and reconnects once safe.
