Atlantis Direct Pressure Garden & Home 1800-2600L Underground Rainwater Harvesting System
Direct pressure underground rainwater system for reliable home and garden water savings year-round.
A complete underground solution for collecting, storing and reusing rainwater for domestic and garden applications. Water is supplied directly from the tank to outlets under pressure—ideal for toilet flushing, washing machines, outdoor taps and irrigation. An automatic mains top-up controller safeguards supply during dry periods while preserving capacity for the next rainfall.
Key Features
- Direct pressure operation with automatic start/stop on demand.
- Automatic mains top-up controller for low water levels.
- B Series stainless steel submersible pump with float switch and dry-run protection.
- PF filter + calmed inlet to remove debris and oxygenate stored water.
- Floating intake draws from the cleanest level below the surface.
- Telescopic neck & lid (extendable up to 300 mm with ~5° tilt) for flexible installs.
- Rodent guard on overflow; pump turret & lifting chain for easy maintenance.
- Low-profile, ribbed polyethylene tank — shallow dig, high strength, UK-made.
- Pea-gravel backfill installation (no concrete base required).
- 10-year manufacturer’s warranty on the tank.
Applications
- Toilet flushing and washing machines (non-potable).
- Garden irrigation, hosepipes and outdoor taps.
- Vehicle and exterior cleaning.
- General non-potable use for residential or light commercial sites.
System Includes

- B Series stainless steel submersible pump with float switch.
- Automatic mains water top-up controller.
- Calmed inlet drainage pack with integrated PF filter.
- Floating intake assembly.
- Pump turret and lifting chain.
- Telescopic neck and lid.

Installation & Use
The low-profile design reduces excavation depth by up to ~500 mm versus traditional tanks, making it suitable for high water table areas. Tanks are installed on and backfilled with pea gravel (no concrete base or surround required), simplifying groundwork and reducing cost. The PF filter removes leaves and debris before water enters the tank, while the calmed inlet introduces water at the lower level to avoid disturbing sediment and to promote oxygenation. Routine maintenance is minimal: remove and rinse the PF filter roughly 3–4 times per year. The floating intake ensures clean draw-off, and the rodent guard protects the overflow.
Specs
Choosing the Right Size
- 1,800–2,600L: Small homes, light garden use.
- 3,400–4,400L: Medium homes, regular watering, small irrigation circuits.
- 5,200–6,800L: Large gardens, multiple outlets, longer dry spells.
- 8,400–10,000L: Estates, extensive landscaping, small commercial sites.
If space allows, selecting the larger capacity reduces overflow losses in heavy rainfall and minimises mains reliance during dry periods.
