Return and Refund Policy

While we stand by every product we sell, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind or find that a product is not quite right.

That’s why we offer a 30-day returns policy on eligible items.


Returns at a glance

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery on eligible items

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Large or specialist items may be subject to specific return conditions

  • Damaged or incorrect items should be reported as soon as possible, with photos


How to return an item

  • Request your return: Email info@eco-stride.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return within 30 days.

  • Receive instructions: Our team will reply with the specific return address and any necessary documentation.

  • Ship the item back: Package the item securely in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item to ensure it is in "like new" condition.

  • Refund issued: We will notify you via email once the return is processed. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method.


Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in “like new” condition. This means:

• No visible signs of wear or use
• All original packaging, accessories, and components included

Items returned with visible signs of wear, damage caused by use, or missing components may be subject to a partial refund or may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the condition of the item.


Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery where possible.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, take clear photos of the packaging and product and email them to info@eco-stride.co.uk as soon as possible after delivery, including your order number.

Ecostride will cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items once the issue has been confirmed.

Please retain all original packaging for any item that may need to be returned.

Items damaged after use are not refundable unless covered under a manufacturer’s warranty.


Order cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone.

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch will fall under our 30-day returns policy and return shipping costs will apply


Additional return conditions

Some products or suppliers may have specific return conditions. Where this applies, details will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked as used or certified pre-owned

  • Orders purchased for one-time or temporary use, such as trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, or promotional events

Ecostride supplies products intended for normal use over their expected working life.
