Shipping to the UK only

Shipping is free on orders delivered to UK mainland addresses. If any additional delivery costs apply, such as specialist delivery to a remote or non-standard location, these will be confirmed with you before dispatch.

How our deliveries work

Ecostride is a UK-based retailer supplying sustainable energy and water systems from established UK manufacturers.

Products are dispatched from UK-based supplier partners, with Ecostride remaining your point of contact throughout.


Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) once payment is authorized. Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.


Delivery times

We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders to the UK mainland.

  • Standard Delivery Time: 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 4–10 business days from the date of order (includes handling and transit time; Monday–Friday).

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for all products across our entire catalog with no minimum spend required. All prices shown on our website include VAT and standard delivery.

Undelivered or Delayed Orders

If you have not received a shipping update within 5 business days of placing your order, or if your delivery has not arrived within the estimated 10-day window, please contact us immediately at info@eco-stride.co.uk.

Shipping method

Standard Items: Smaller products, systems and accessories are delivered via tracked courier service.

Large or Heavy Items: Larger systems and equipment (such as wind turbines, water tanks, and rainwater harvesting systems) are delivered via specialist pallet courier to ensure safe transport.

Delivery Access: For products requiring specialist transport or additional handling, we will contact you within 1–2 business days of order placement to confirm delivery access requirements (e.g., narrow driveways, steps, or other delivery constraints) before dispatch.

Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery locations

We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses.

For remote or non-standard locations, customers are advised to contact us before ordering to confirm availability and any additional delivery requirements.


Your point of contact

As we work with multiple UK suppliers, delivery arrangements may differ slightly between products. However, Ecostride remains your point of contact throughout the order process, and we will assist with any delivery-related queries.


Damaged items

Please inspect your order on deliv,ery where possible. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, you may choose to note this with the courier.

If damage is discovered after delivery, please take clear photos of the packaging and item(s) as soon as possible and email them to info@eco-stride.co.uk along with your order number. We will review the issue and advise the next steps.
